BACKGROUND Craig Williams coaches
businesses of all sizes in many areas of sales growth, marketing
strategy and organisational culture. He also writes, presents and
trains on issues of business
process, employee selection & retention, sales
force sizing and leadership. Craig says "..business is about profit

such as GlaxoSmithKline, Roche, Fisons, Syntex and the well
respected Australian skincare company Ego Pharmaceuticals. Recently Craig helped a
company double total sales revenue to almost $60M. This was largely
due to a restructure of the sales team, clearer focus on commercial
opportunities and better implementation of marketing strategies. He also
helped steer the organisation to achieve an award for having the most
culturally evolved and business savvy team in the industry, by a wide
margin. Craig has a Masters in Business
Administration, a Masters in E-Business, a Bachelors of Science, a Bachelors of
Arts with Honours, a Certificate in Heath Economics and is a Fellow of the
Australian Marketing Institute. Craig also specialises in the design and
proper use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Sales Force
